Legitimate Part Time Data Entry Jobs From Home

Looking for part-time data entry jobs from home? A year ago I gathered all the data entry companies that hire at that time. If you haven’t read about it you can read them again here. It also teaches how to start working as a data entry clerk from home.

You’ll notice that there are new companies on this list. And I removed a handful from my previous post last year. Those companies haven’t been hiring for a long while,

And I believe that you don’t need to waste your time applying for them. The rest of this list is a mix of new and old sites. While most of them hire professionals, There are still a lot of part-time data entry jobs that hire entry-levels and undergrads.

AccuTran Global–

This company has been around for many years and has already built a strong foundation when it comes to transcription/part-time data entry jobs from home.

AccuTran Global constantly looking for applicants/ contractors to be part of their team. They accept entry-levels. Applicants just need to pass their tests and start training.

Most of the projects are available worldwide. Once you become an experienced transcriber. The company happily promotes contractors and give better compensations.

Axion Data

Another company that you can try and have been mentioning this in my previous posts. I like how the company are giving people a heads up about how you can avoid data entry scams.

Axion requires applicants to have at least typing skills of 50 words per minute and has data entry experience. So if you are a newbie this company is not for you. But if you are experienced you can give them a try.

Amazon Mturk

You’ve probably heard this company before. Because the company has been popular doing/offering microjobs or small jobs from home.

And among those are part-time data entry jobs from home of course. This is perfect for entry-level applicants or inexperienced. Payments are sent through bank transfers and or you can also transfer them as amazon gift certificates.

Birch Creek Communications

FYI. The company is currently not accepting data entry job applicants. But I still add this company to the list. Why? because they regularly open the data entry and research positions so you may want to visit them every now and then. Meanwhile, their transcribing positions are still hiring. You may want to check them later.

CASS Information System

The company requires an on-site interview prior to the offer before you can start working from home. They hire data entry clerks but because of the hundreds of applicants looking for data entry jobs this position can be easily filled. Now just like Birch Creek you can add this company on your list for later.

SigTrack

Another legit company that are currently looking for applicants is Sig Track. If you are fast typist which obviously one of the top requirements for most companies and can follow guidelines.

Then you can try this one. Payments are made through Paypal. The only downside of this company is they only accept US applicants for now.

Allegis

If you are experienced and looking for a legit high-paying company, this is definitely one of the few you should take note of this transcription site.

If you are experienced and have been doing this job for years, and need better pay? Don’t miss your chance and apply at Allegis And yes this is a US-only site.

A ppen

Another legit site that has been hiring for years and worldwide in Appen. Although I received job offers from this company which is pretty good. I wasn’t able to accept their offers due to my previous pregnancy that requires me to stay in bed.

So, enough of me. The company hires different positions from social media evaluators, translators, part time data entry jobs from home and so much more.

Clickworker

If you’ve been reading my posts. You’ll know that Clickworker has been one of the companies that I constantly promote because I used to work with this company and although at that time the pay was not that high.

It’s okay because I got legit work on a regular basis and they send payments on time. They have a lot of microjobs you can try especially if you are inexperienced. You can read my review here

No Desk

It is an awesome site where you can find remote jobs which include data entry work from home. The site also gives tips on how you can land jobs or work remotely.

If you’ve been planning to become a digital nomad, No desk is one good place to learn and get those jobs. Work remotely from home or anywhere in the world.

Scribe America

Here’s one for the entry levels. If you have no experience but you are very much willing to learn and be trained. Scribe America is one to be added to your list.

Although they primarily looking for experienced transcribers it’s not a requirement for most telescribe. And you can work in the comfort of your own home.

Rev

Rev has been around for years as well you can choose what kind of data entry job you would be more interested in. Either transcribe, captioning or writing foreign subtitles. What I like about rev is that they do not require applicants to be a degree holder. As long as you have good listening and typing skills.

Go Transcript

If you wanted another company that accepts anyone no matter if your undergrad or nor as long as you can type fast and or you can practice typing until you make it.

Primarily looking for work from home phone agents. The company changed its name from Teletech to TTEc but it has been around for so many years. The company also look for part-time data entry clerks every once in a while. So make sure that you check the site regularly for openings and don’t miss the chance.

Speak Write

This company constantly looking for applicants/independent contractors. If you are experienced general and legal transcriptionist. This company may be for you. You have the ability to set your own hours and work on your own at flexible time. They’re currently looking for Canadian applicants only.

Pactera Remote

This awesome company has tons of remote jobs. You can choose from Transcription, Data Collecting, Transcription, and so much more. Their site states that if you’re a fan of pop culture, movies, and current eCommerce,

You’ll enjoy the projects they offer. Applicants can start training and take the test after to get their application approved.

The Word Point

The company primarily hires online translators and editors. But they also look for data entry clerks every once in a while. But if you are bilingual or trilingual.

You may want to check their job offers. The company hires certified and entry-level translators. So better check their site for the available job offers from time to time.

Quick Tate

Quick Tate regularly hires independent contractors to either transcribe or analyze files. The transcribers transcribe messages of voicemail, memos, letters, etc. They also hire data entry clerks to audit, summarizes, evaluates, analyze audio recordings and phone conversations.
